Before arrival, we will send you the online check-in notice by email. On site, you encode your room card at the check-in kiosk. It takes about three minutes from arrival to the room. No concierge, no paperwork — intentionally.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on holidays, at Christmas. No surcharge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival; earlier if available — just briefly ask guest service in advance. Requirement: Your room is booked and the check-in code has been sent.
Check-out until 11:00 a.m. Deposit room card at the kiosk and leave — no queue, no form. Late check-out is possible upon request if your room is not immediately reoccupied.
Call our guest service — available 24/7 for urgent cases. We will resend the information via email and remotely open the system. In the room, you will also find an emergency info card with the direct number
Honest answer: no — not consciously. If you expect concierge, room service or bar operations in the house, you are wrong with us. Instead you get: 24h self check-in via kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, a functional room in the Thurgau/Bodensee region, the Schwanen bus stop right in front of the motel, the Wil train station within a 5-minute walk and underground parking spaces (for a fee) — at a fair price, because personnel costs are not included in the room rate.
