Before arrival, we will send you a note for online check-in via email. On-site you open the room door with your smartphone — or encode a room card at the check-in kiosk. From arrival to the room takes about three minutes. No concierge, no paperwork — intentionally.
Check-in is possible around the clock — 365 days a year, even at night, on public holidays, at Christmas, during race weekends. No extra charge for late arrival. The room is guaranteed to you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; earlier if available — just check briefly with guest services beforehand. Condition: Your room is booked and the check-in code has been sent.
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Leave your room card at the kiosk and leave — no queue, no form. Late check-out is available upon request if your room is not immediately reassigned.

Honest answer: no — not intentionally. If you expect concierge, room service, or bar service in the house, you are in the wrong place with us. What you get instead: 24h self-check-in via smartphone or kiosk, telephone guest service 365 days a year, a functional room in the Murtal region, the Red Bull Ring 3.5 km away and free parking directly in front of the motel — at a fair price because personnel costs are not included in the room rate.
